Trafford Conservatives were delighted to see a new defibrillator installed at Sale West Community Centre after community efforts and funds were provided by BRSK.
Some of us were proud to be able to attend the Grand Reveal of the new defibrillator at Sale West Community Centre.
This has come about after months of tireless campaigning by local residents and it is a joy to see these plans come to fruition.
Aidan Jackson's fundraising for community defibrillators has been working to fund defibrillators in the community. BRSK Broadband very generously provided the entire amount for the defibrillator for Sale West Community Centre. Aidan's campaign are still looking to fund further defibrillators in the community and their page can be found here:

Also in attendance was Ricky 'The Hitman' Hatton, who attended the boxing gym in Sale West Community Centre from the age of 11- going on to become a household name in boxing as a sport. It was a great pleasure to have Ricky Hatton in attendance for this event.
As Councillor Rob Duncan says - "It was a great evening, with many in attendance and it was a joy to see this campaign finally come to fruition. Defibrillators are life-saving machines and seeing more of them in our community can only be a good thing. As local Councillors, when residents have issues that they care deeply about we are always open to helping them in any way that we can. It was very generous of BRSK Broadband to fund the defibrillator in full, and it was also great to see Ricky 'the Hitman' Hatton return to his old haunt for the grand reveal of the defibrillator installation.'
