After 3 years of hard work, local GP, Dr Kaushik Chakraborty has been elected in the Labour stronghold of Broadheath.
Dr Kaushik is delighted to be able to represent the area in which he and his young family live.
Working hard in the community and being involved in the local parks groups, participating in community policing meetings and lobbying for improvements to the area, such as the repainting of the Pelican crossing on Stamford Brook has led to the residents of Broadheath, Stamford Brook, West Timperley and Sale voting for their local hardworking champion Dr Kaushik.
Kaushik wants to thank everyone for voting and will set-to from day one, making sure he is an accessible, responsive hands-on local councillor, who gets stuff done!
