Local Conservatives are running a campaign to tidy up our area and report broken street lights and fix our potholes.

1. Please tell us where you are aware of street lights not working? (please be specific and include the column number where possible. For example: Shaftsbury Avenue opposite number 27, column 12).

2. Are there any potholes of concern in the area you would like us to take a look at? Please tell us which roads.

3. Tell us of any ‘grot spots’ that could benefit from a tidy up. For example graffiti or flytipping.

4. Tell us of any roads where overgrown tree suckers need cutting back

5. Are there any roads in your area where bin collections are often missed? Let us know
